Rates

We try to keep our rates very reasonable to afford anyone who wants to visit us the opportunity to do so. Below you will find information about our cabin and tent rental sites, as well as our reservation and check-in/check-out policy.

Use of our shower house is included for all guests, as is the use of our studio space (as long as it is available). Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have further questions!

Rates and Policies

CABIN 

  • $60.00 per day (includes
    VT Rooms & Meals Tax)
  • Covers up to four people,
    includes firewood, use of
    central shower facility.
  • Additional campers
    $10.00 each per day.
  • No charge for children
    under 12.

TENT SITES

  • $10 per camper, per night
  • No charge children under 12
  • No VT Rooms & Meals Tax
  • Includes firewood, use of
    central shower facility

WEEKLY RATES

  • Pay for 6 nights at above
    rates & stay 7th night FREE
 RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS 

  • Deposit not required for
    reservation. We ask only
    that if you make a reservation
    and are unable to visit, you
    notify us promptly
    so others can use the space
  • Accommodations are limited,
    reservations are recommended

ARRIVAL & CHECKOUT

  • Arrival: Anytime
    after 2:00 PM
  • Checkout: 11:00 AM
    (Flexible on request)

Oregon Brook Road Camping is a no-hunting facility.

Well-behaved pets are permitted with advanced notification.
Pets should be well-attended at all times for their safety.
